Bay Area Therapy For Adults & Teens

Onward Leading provides in-person adult and teen therapy in the Bay Area. We also provide therapy for clients in California, North Carolina, and beyond with telehealth services.

Session Format: Individuals and Couples.
Demographic Specialty: Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgender, Men, Women, Buddhist, Spiritual. Serving Adults of all ages, Teens from 13-18 for trauma treatment with EMDR.
Online Sessions via: Simple Practice Telehealth.

Rates & Insurance

Individual Sessions are $200.
Couples Sessions are $225.
We also accept out-of-network reimbursement for insurances if your plan allows.

Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
